Treat your little one to a party at Play-tropolis with a minimum of 10 friends and a maximum of 15.

You will also receive a voucher for the birthday child for a return visit

• £18.00 per child and one accompanying adult
• £3.00 per additional adult
• 50% deposit is required when making the booking, we cannot hold dates

what to expect

Timing

Parties start at 2:15pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with 90 minutes of play and 30 minutes in the party room.

Fridays we offer an evening party starting at 5pm.

Guests

Each child can bring one adult, birthday child gets two. Up to 6 extra adults allowed.

Other children attending that are accompanying invited children need tickets these can be booked online.

Playtime Rules

Our area is for children under 8 years old.

No climbing or jumping, children need to be supervised at all times.

Food and Drink

Cold grazing board containing sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks and unlimited juice is provided for the children, no outside food except cake.

Café is available for adult food, snacks and drinks.

Decoration and Cleanup

You can decorate from 1:30pm. We handle cleanup, except for balloons and decorations these need to be taken home with you.

Birthday Cake

We’ll bring the cake, sing “Happy Birthday”, and cut the cake to make the moment extra special.

Please note we do not provide balloons, decorations or birthday cakes.

Other guests will be present in the play area during your party.

exclusive hire

Our exclusive hire option you will have the venue exclusively for your guests only to play and use the party room.

You will also receive a voucher for the birthday child for a return visit.

Pricing

Exclusive hire is £420 for 2 hours, if you would like to add additional hours it is £210 per hour.

(This is not including food if you would like to add food this needs to be selected as an add on. With exclusive hire you can bring external catering)

50% deposit is required when making the booking, we cannot hold dates.

Parties start at 2:15pm, 2 hours of hire is inclusive of play and use of the party room.

Guests

We have a maximum capacity of 60 guests, this includes children and adults.
The maximum amount of children is 30 to play comfortably in the play area.

You can add on our Cold grazing board for an additional £8 per child containing sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks and unlimited juice is provided for the children. Or you can bring your own catering on site with our exclusive hire option, we will always provide unlimited juice for the children.
