• Interaction Data– this includes details of your interactions with us through our online form and in store. 

Except from the health data described above, we do not collect any other special categories of personal data about you or your child ( other special categories of data includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership and information about your genetic and bio-metric data).

Direct interactions - most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• to make a booking at play-tropolis
• to tell us about any health issue or specific need that you or your children have, and which requires us to adapt our services;

CCTV – we have CCTV systems in operation at our premises for the security of both our visitors and employees. Our CCTV systems will record your image and the image of your children during your visit.
